Based on a small amount of feedback from consumers, we have identified an anomaly in the headrest adjustment of our new DISCOVERY PLUS and ADVENTURE PLUS child seats. In rare cases, the headrest jammed while adjusting the height of the headrest. This is not a security issue. After thorough analysis, we introduced a modification to the affected mechanism and reorganized our production in Leipheim, Germany to avoid this potential seat operation issue.
A quick adaption was possible because the two products are developed and manufactured locally at our plant in Leipheim, Germany.

If the headrest of your DISCOVERY PLUS / ADVENTURE PLUS can be adjusted and stays in position, then there is no need to get it checked or repaired. If it gets stuck or won’t stay in one position, please email our customer service. Please write “DISCOVERY PLUS / ADVENTURE PLUS Headrest” in the subject and include a copy of your proof of purchase.
